Big BIG house

I was sorta dragged out of my bed and paid $30 bucks for half-a-day’s work to do some line tracing . Of course by my dad .

A client had recently bought a new house and since he was one of the former bosses of Mos Burger before he sold off his shares and is now managing some lumber company in Indonesia and my dad helped install video surveillance for several of the outlets , the client got my father to do a full installation and integration of a surveillance system for his house . Did I mention the house was huge?

Imagine this , from the UG notice board to the com labs , that’s roughly the length of the house . for width , it’s roughly around 15ms. I’m just guessing . There’s a swimming pool Shaped of an “L” 1.4ms that runs from the porch to the dining area where there’s something like our school’s pond walk way . Real nice. The guest room is as big as my house’s hall lolz . A total of 3 levels excluding the basement , queen size beds for everyone , private toilet , for those who’v been to my house you would know it’s quite long . From the first door to the end of my living room is how big one room is . I didn’t bother to look at the master bed room -.- just by looking at the floor plan I could roughly guess how large it was.

The whole interior had a zen touch to it , the design , the furniture , lots of wood . The sink in the kitchen was really cute , for those who’v been to supermarkets or professional restaurants , you would know they have this shower like spary at the sink to facilitate the washing of plates . The house had one , that was so cool .

Ok back to my job , like I said it was simple enough , my mother would plug in the test points for the cables using a specially configured router . Then I was just susposed to note and record the changes at the house’s main “Level1″ router , it’s the brand name for this particular system .

I took the liberty of exploring the place , not much of the stuff were brought in yet . There was alot of drilling , drilling and more drilling . And I thought being away from home would ment I didn’t need to hear anymore drilling for the day from the neighbours . Who knew this ‘job’ would get me upclose and personal -.- .

It was a long way back , from ‘Sixth’ Avenue all the way to Bukit something MRT station . THen train back to Semb , dinner with my mum and back home . shucks. End of day .woo .30dollars richer.
